We are proud to introduce the Panama-Eth47 , a rare gem curated by our sourcing partner, Jonathan Vaz Matias (JV) . Hand-carried from Costa Rica by Jonathan himself and cultivated exclusively for us at Corpachi Farm , this lot represents a true collaboration of terroir and craft. Given the coffee’s delicate yet remarkably dense bean structure, we have revisited our signature 2021/2022 roast profile to honor its complexity. In the cup, this coffee boasts a refined, sparkling wine-like acidity. It is a vibrant expression of both the farm and the cultivar—expect a brilliant opening of star fruit and honeysuckle , rounded out by a lush, mango-like sweetness .
