Cupthat ("we", "us", "our") operates cupthat-next.vercel.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account you provide an email address and choose a username. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google.

Coffee logs. When you log a coffee you may provide ratings, tasting notes, brew details, and other notes you choose to enter. Public logs are visible to anyone; private logs are visible only to you.

Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregate data about how the site is used. No cookies are set and no personal information is sent to third parties for analytics.

How we use your information

• To operate your account and display your logs and profile
• To send transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset) — no marketing emails
• To understand how features are used so we can improve the product

Data storage

Your data is stored securely with Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@cupthat.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
