About
Roast Story: Passion is our first ever post roast coffee blend, which essentially means that we roast two coffees separately and then blend them together “post roast” to create the unique profile of Passion. Although our post roast recipe for Passion is a secret, we will spill the beans and assure you that this coffee is an amazing mixture of two of our favorite roasts. Passion is a very approachable cup of coffee that will be sure to please everyone in your household. Finca T was originally purchased in the 1960s by Leticia’s family, it was 200 acres of farmland and was named Finca Terrerito. Funny enough, the word Terrerito is not an actual word in Spanish, and our best guess is that they misspelled the word “Terrenito” (which translates to “little piece of land”) to Terrerito when the land went to be registered.
