San Sebastián is an isolated small town in Lempira, Honduras, known for its steep mountains and high altitudes (1,700 – 2,000 MASL). Farmers use traditional processing methods due to geographic isolation. The Alma-doption direct trade program supports a group of 8 farmers here. This coffee, roasted to a light profile, was chosen to preserve its natural terroir and bring out a tea-like complexity truly unique to this coffee.
