Three years after our first encounter with Marcelina’s incredibly sweet, floral Bourbon, we are thrilled to welcome her coffee back to our lineup. This lot is a masterclass in what a Peruvian Bourbon should be. It strikes a rare balance, offering a thick, silky mouthfeel alongside the vibrant acidity typically found in the region's finest samples. While classic in its washed processing, it surprises with an elevated floral clarity. Expect a bright opening of Hassaku citrus and orange blossom, maturing into a lingering papaya sweetness that defines its generous character.
