For our espresso roast, we continue to work with Las Brisas, produced by Marvin Carias in Mataquescuintla, Jalapa. His washed Caturra has the structure we look for in a more classic espresso: rich, full-bodied and sweet, with macadamia, green grape, chocolate and a gentle malic acidity.
